Comprehensive Clinical Assessment Consultation
A clinical consultation is a supportive starting point for families who are unsure which assessment may be most appropriate for their child. During the session, we explore your concerns, your child’s strengths, and any challenges they may be experiencing across home, school, and everyday life. Following the consultation, you will receive guidance and practical recommendations regarding possible assessment pathways, supports, and next steps to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
What does this involve?
1. Parent Clinical Interview We begin with a comprehensive discussion to understand your child's developmental history, strengths, current concerns, and any previous assessments or supports. This helps determine the most appropriate assessment pathway based on your child's individual needs. 2. Personalised Recommendations Following the consultation, you will receive an email outlining the recommended assessment pathway(s), including the suggested assessments, assessment process, and associated fees, so you can make an informed decision before proceeding. Please note: If you choose to proceed with a recommended assessment, $250 of the consultation fee will be credited towards the cost of your assessment.
